Meet Judge Jessica Recksiedler

Judge Jessica decided at the age of 12 she wanted to be a judge. At the time, she was studying the Constitution as part of an American history project and knew law was her passion. As a child who had been on food stamps with limited financial resources, she knew attaining her goal would not be easy. She earned scholarships and worked part time to graduate from Florida State University. She obtained her B.S. in Accounting and subsequently her law degree at Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Judge Jessica was a member of the number one nationally ranked trial team. Also, it was there, she met her husband of 22 years, Jason.
